Richard Routon & Nelson Escalante produce two major Wine Dinners per year. Both wine dinners will have 10 wines and 5 courses.
Annual Focused Wine Dinner will be in the Summer time. This is where we pick a specific region of the world and showcase their wines and cuisine.
Annual Old vs New Wine Dinner will be during the Holidays. This is where a chef creates an elevated menu and we choose a wine (Same Varietal | Different Region) that complements the dish.
